Customer FAQ’s

If You've Got Questions? We've Got Answers!

1. What do we do?

We offer consumers the ability to afford a set of 4 brand-new, brand-name tires with the flexibility to spread out the cost over time.

2. What is “No credit” tire financing?

Financing that doesn’t rely on your credit score for approval like most lenders. Our approval process is based on your “ability to pay” which allows us to offer you financing you can afford.  We do not make any inquiries to credit bureaus or report any debt obligations. We provide a cost effective rent-to-own program in which you can rent your set of new tires now, and acquire ownership of the tires at no additional cost after the rental term. There is no loan involved, and there is no obligation to complete the rental term. You may return the tires at any time during the rental term, if desired, without penalty or further obligation.

3. How do I qualify?

    • At least 18 years of age
    • The registered vehicle owner. If the applicant is not the vehicle owner, authorization of the registered owner is required.
    • Income goes to a qualifying checking account via direct deposit.
    • Minimum monthly income of at least $1000.

4. Can I qualify if I am receiving unemployment benefits?

Unfortunately, because unemployment benefits are temporary you will not qualify. But you can qualify if you are collecting pension or social security benefits.

5. What kind of tires can I get?

We only carry the highest quality tire brands such as Goodyear, Michelin, Uniroyal, Firestone, Cooper and many others. Our self-serve shopping page will show you all the tire brands and mileage ratings for tires that fit your car. You can select the exact set of tires that best fit your budget. You will receive a final quote of the periodic rental payments required to rent and then own the tires.

The rental cost includes mounting, balancing, installation, manufacturer’s warranty, and old tire disposal. You may also purchase additional road hazard coverage separately.

6. How do I pay for the tires, and how long can I have to pay?

You will pay rental payments bases on your pay dates, they will be automatically deducted from your debit card connected to the checking account that your income goes direct deposit to during the term of rental agreement. Once you have satisfactorily completed the rental term, you will own the tires. However, you can terminate the rental agreement at any time and return the tires without penalty.

7. Who installs the tires and provides ongoing service?

Based on your zip code your tires are installed by a local authorized installation facility and road hazard services (if purchased). If the road hazard services are not purchased, any repairs needed are your responsibility. Exceptions apply to any issues covered by the manufacture’s warranty. Once you acquire full ownership of the tires upon the successful completion of the rental term, the manufacturer’s warranty is assigned to you for the life of the tires.

8. What happens if I don’t make my rental payments and don’t return the tires?

Based on your zip code your tires are installed by a local authorized installation facility and road hazard services (if purchased). If the road hazard services are not purchased, any repairs needed are your responsibility. Exceptions apply to any issues covered by the manufacture’s warranty.  Once you acquire full ownership of the tires upon the successful completion of the rental term, the manufacturer’s warranty is assigned to you for the life of the tires.

We have the right, under the rent-to-own agreement, to either remove the tires (which are our property during the rental term) at any site where the car is parked, or have a towing service “boot” the car. In order to have the “boot” removed, you will have to bring up to date delinquent rental payments and pay for the booting service. You are responsible for returning the tires to us if your car is repossessed or sold during the term of the rental, or paying us the fair market value of the tires in such instances. Our program is designed to serve “honest people” who expect to meet their obligations and enjoy the flexible payment benefits that we offer. But if you don’t pay and don’t return the tires which belong to us, we will take action to recover our property.

9. What if I need to sell my car before the rental agreement is completed?

If for any reason you must sell your car before the rental agreement is completed, we can work with you if you notify us in advance. We still own the tires until the rental agreement is completed, and in order to transfer the title to the tires and warranties to the new purchaser of your car, you will need to settle with us, and we can work out a plan that works for you. It is a violation of the rental agreement and applicable laws to leave the tires on the car sold to a third party if you have not completed the rental agreement and acquired ownership of the tires.
